  • Building a pool is a major investment, second only to the house itself. That is why it is important that all parts fit together, as a single small mistake can cost several thousand kronor to fix. We have therefore created this page to help you as a pool owner at an early stage.

    We collaborate with subcontractors throughout Sweden who can assist with everything from digging the hole, connecting the pool, backfilling, starting up the pool, connecting the electricity, to building a wooden deck around the pool.

    Owning a pool can initially be a challenge for many, but once you have had the pool for a while, most things usually become clear. For example, after owning your pool for some time, you can often tell if the pH level is high or low just by looking at and feeling the water.

    A pool requires regular service and maintenance, just like a car. We at Pooltime are happy to assist you with spring opening, autumn closing, or pool maintenance, all to make things easier for you as a customer.

    We offer smart solutions, such as automatic dosing systems for chlorine, saltwater, or active oxygen, where you can monitor and track the values directly on your mobile phone.

By building a pool and pool cover yourself

  • In Sweden, assembling the furniture you have bought is somewhat of a national sport, and many also want to assemble their own pool as well as their pool cover.

    Pooltime offers ready-made kits in the form of Thermopool which come with assembly instructions so you can put together your own pool. Building a Thermopool takes 4-6 weeks, so you need to have that time available to complete your pool.

    We also offer “whole tubs,” so-called PP Pool, which simplify installation since the pool comes in one single piece. This reduces installation time to only 1-2 weeks. If you choose to buy a PP pool, you also get a very environmentally friendly option that is healthier for both nature and the body.

    Our pool covers are also delivered in wooden boxes with complete instructions where everything needed for assembly and installation is included.

  • Wooden Decks and Pavers

    Pooltime collaborates with skilled carpenters across the country who help you build wooden decks or lay pavers around the pool on your patio. Pooltime always ensures that you get a knowledgeable professional who knows their craft.

  • Service, spring opening, winter closing

    Connection of a pool heat pump, assembly of pool covers, installation of pool covers, installation of automatic salt chlorinators or automatic chlorine dosing are some of the tasks our service technicians can perform for you as a customer. Spring opening and winter closing of the pool involve great responsibility. If the water is not drained from pipes and fittings, it can freeze and break during the winter, potentially leading to significant costs when opening the pool. If this happens, leaks can occur, and if you're unlucky, the affected area may be under tiles or decking, which can become an expensive issue. Therefore, our recommendation is always to let our pool experts do the job for you!
